  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef (all levels will be considered) or Demi/Commis Chef for the main kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food, produce, and kitchen operations
  • Clear communication and excellent organisational skills
  • A team player who thrives under pressure
  • Full Australian working rights
