About the Role
This dynamic and varied position combines front-of-house reception, office coordination, administration, communications, and People Experience support.
As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, clients and team members, you’ll create warm and professional first impressions while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office environment.
You’ll also support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, events, recognition activities, internal communications and broader People & Culture projects that help create a connected and positive workplace culture.
This role requires someone who is flexible, highly organised, approachable, and happy to jump in wherever needed — whether that’s welcoming visitors, supporting a staff event, creating communications collateral, or assisting across multiple sites.
