As a leading provider in domestic transport, wharf logistics, and freight solutions, we are continuing to grow across our national operations. We are now looking for an organised, driven, and customer-focused Customer co-ordinator to join our fast-paced operations team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating container movements between ports, depots, and customers while ensuring our fleet operations run efficiently and safely.

You’ll work closely with customers, fleet controllers and internal teams to keep freight moving on time and deliver a high level of service.

• Planning and coordinating import and export container movements.

• Scheduling daily wharf and customer deliveries.

• Communicating with customers regarding schedules, documentation, and delivery updates.

• Monitoring operational performance and resolving issues proactively.

• Coordinating within systems including 1STOP and Containerchain.

• Supporting a fast-paced transport operation with strong attention to detail.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and confident communicating with both customers and operational teams.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding, or container operations.

• Exposure to container cartage, wharf logistics, or fleet coordination.

• Knowledge of 1STOP and Containerchain (highly regarded).

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

• A solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
