Are you Trade Qualified and looking for your next opportunity in the Bowen Basin? We are currently seeking experienced Plumbers, Electricians and Refrigeration Mechanics to join a well-established operation working across camp sites in a DIDO or FIFO capacity.Our client operates across multiple demanding camp locations throughout the Bowen Basin and is seeking skilled Trade Qualified Candidates to join their team immediately. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
 
DIDO – from Mackay & Surrounds OR FIFO – from Brisbane only
This is a casual position and shifts are allocated based on the needs of the sites.
Meals and accommodation are provided while on shift, Weekly pay with Super on all hours worked.

About the Role

Work within a fast-paced mining camp environment

Maintain high standards of safety, integrity, and reliability

Collaborate with the wider trades team while also working autonomously

What You’ll Need to Succeed

QBCC Licence

White Card

Trade Certificate in Plumbing & Drainage (Minimum Cert III)

Queensland Gas Work Licence

Valid Driving Licence

Recent Experience within your trade

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening

Solar and Backflow Endorsements (not compulsory)

Electrician – FIFO or DIDO | Bowen Basin
About the Role

Electrical installations across camp sites and accommodation villages

Ongoing maintenance and refurbishment work

General electrical upkeep and fault-finding

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Trade Qualification and current QLD Electrical Licence

Current CPR/LVR

Construction White Card

Coal Board Medical (desirable, not essential)

Standard 11 (desirable, not essential)

Valid Driver's Licence

Refrigeration Mechanic
