PMO Manager

We are seeking a PMO Manager who will be responsible in the management and execution of the project portfolio. This role ensures that all projects and programs align with strategic business objectives, are delivered on time and within budget, and adhere to established quality standards.

As a strategic leader, you will define and implement PMO processes, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and provide leadership with the visibility required to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment & Governance

• Establish, standardise, and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Evaluate and prioritise new project requests against strategic business goals and resource capacity.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks to monitor project compliance and mitigate systemic risks.

Portfolio & Delivery Management

• Oversee the execution of the entire project portfolio, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Act as the escalation point for critical project issues, blockers, and resource conflicts.
• Conduct regular project reviews and health checks to ensure quality and adherence to scope.

Financial & Resource Management

• Manage the PMO budget and provide oversight on overall project portfolio expenditures.
• Track and report on project financial performance.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Project Managers, Business Analysts, and PMO coordinators.
• Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional department heads to drive collaborative execution.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in a similair PMO leadership role.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to drive organisational change and embed new ways of working.
