About the opportunity 

Fortius Allied Health is a state-of-the-art, multi-disciplinary clinic on the Sunshine Coast and our podiatry service is open, equipped, and ready for the right clinician to make it their own. You won't be building from nothing; you'll be stepping into a fully fitted pod space with referrals already flowing from a team that genuinely understands the value of podiatry in patient care. Our Physios, Exercise Physiologists, and Orthopaedic Surgeons don't just tolerate podiatry they actively integrate it. They know when to refer, why it matters, and how it fits into the bigger clinical picture. 

You'll also have direct links to leading Sunshine Coast Orthopaedic Surgeons, giving you access to complex, high-interest caseloads that will challenge and grow you professionally. 

This is a genuine career-defining role, not just another podiatry position. You'll have the clinical freedom to shape how the service runs, a high-performance team behind you, and a patient base that needs exactly what you do. 

What you'll be doing 

Primarily musculoskeletal and biomechanical, with enough variety to keep things interesting. 

• Delivering high-quality podiatric care across a diverse, active patient base 

• Working closely with Physios, Exercise Physiologists, and Orthopaedic Surgeons on complex cases 

• Biomechanical assessments, orthotic prescription, and musculoskeletal podiatry (approximately 90% of your caseload will be MSK/biomech focused) 

• General podiatry treatments to keep your scope broad and your days varied 

• Managing high-risk patients including diabetic foot care  

• Contributing your clinical voice to how the service evolves. You'll have real input here 

 Who we're looking for 

This role suits an experienced clinician ready to step up. 

• Private practice background strongly preferred 

• Current AHPRA registration (Podiatry) 

• Self-guided and confident making independent clinical decisions
