A Great opportunity for an experienced Practice Nurse who enjoys Chronic Disease Managment to join our professional and friendly team at Nelson Plaza Clinic in Nelson Bay. We are a multidisciplinary clinic committed to providing the highest standard of patient care.

Applicants are preferred to have General Practice Experience and Best Practice Software or similar. Immunisation certificate will be highly desirable.

You will be become part of a supportive, dedicated team of nurses working alongside and supporting 15 fabulous GP’s and an administration team who value your input, focus and enthusiasm for this role.

Must have current AHPRA registration and CPR Certificate.

We are looking for applicants who can do 2 to 4 days per week and available to help cover annual and sick leave for their team.
