About the Role

We are looking for a Prestart / Colours Consultant to join our Renovations team at our Myaree office. In this role, you will guide clients through the exciting journey from contract signing to the start of their renovation, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You will be the main point of contact during the pre-construction phase, working closely with internal teams such as sales, drafting, estimating, shire, scheduling, and construction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting prestart meetings with renovation clients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Assisting clients with internal and external colour and material selections
  • Communicating clearly and promptly with clients throughout the process
  • Supporting the renovations team to deliver a seamless, personalised client experience

This role blends customer service, project coordination, and design, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, building strong relationships, and seeing projects come to life.

About You

You are highly organised, approachable, and enjoy helping clients bring their renovation visions to life. Ideally, you will have:

  • 1-2 years' experience in client administration, prestart consultation, or interior design support (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a professional yet warm approach
  • Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • A calm and friendly approach under pressure
  • A team-focused mindset with a passion for delivering a high-quality, personalised client experience
  • An interest or background in interior design, colour selection, or home styling is highly valued
