About our team
The School Improvement Team leads and manages BCE's school improvement strategy. Providing support to BCE schools in improving their overall performance, student wellbeing, and learning outcomes. We work in partnership with school leaders to provide support, guidance, and feedback on school improvement initiatives. Key tasks include leading the identification, monitoring, and review process for continuous improvement, applying the SIT framework, collaborating across BCE functions, communicating system-wide learnings, assisting principals in embedding SIT recommendations, ensuring the achievement of system KPIs, and providing professional learning for school and system leaders.
