We're partnering with a growing consultancy seeking a Principal to help organisations unlock the value of AI, automation, and digital transformation. This is a senior leadership role combining executive advisory, commercial growth, solution shaping, and delivery oversight across various clients.
You'll work closely with C-suite stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop AI-enabled transformation strategies, shape complex engagements, and ensure successful delivery outcomes. You'll also play a key role in growing the practice through capability development, reusable offerings, and strategic account expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive conversations around AI, automation, and digital transformation
• Facilitate discovery workshops and shape innovative, outcome-driven solutions
• Support the development of proposals, business cases, and Statements of Work
• Identify growth opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts
• Provide governance and oversight across complex transformation programs
• Contribute to AI offerings, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives
• Mentor consultants and help build a high-performing practice

About You

• Experience leading enterprise technology, AI, or digital transformation initiatives
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills
• Commercially minded, with experience supporting business growth and account expansion
• Background in AI, Generative AI, Automation, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, or Technology Consulting
• Able to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
