This is the engine room of procurement.
You will play a critical role supporting our procurement function by managing day-to-day purchasing activity, supplier communication, order processing and ETA tracking to ensure our customers receive products on time and without disruption.
You will be managing a high volume of emails, supplier follow ups and order activity daily, requiring strong organisation, urgency and attention to detail.
Working within MYOB Exo/Exonet ERP and Netstock inventory software, you will assist in maintaining stock availability, supplier performance and procurement accuracy across the business.

Has prior experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or administration
Thrives in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Can manage a high volume workload with competing priorities
Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Is proactive, solutions focused and enjoys getting things done

Is comfortable with systems, order entry and managing large email volumes
Can work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Work in a growing, family owned national healthcare business
Modern Newcastle CBD office overlooking the harbour
Daily lunch and coffee provided

Fast paced, supportive and high-performing culture
Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organisation
If you are highly organised, enjoy working at pace and want to be part of a team helping create better care outcomes across Australia, we would love to hear from you.
