Join a well-established manufacturer of special-purpose, niche industrial equipment, operating from a state-of-the-art production facility in Warriewood. 

We’re looking for 3 x motivated Production Assistants to support a team of experienced Engineers in a hands-on production environment. This is a genuine entry-to-trade / long-term pathway role with structured training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Shadowing and assisting technicians and engineers (mechanical and electrical).
• Learn and get trained to read simple CAD drawings. 
• Inspect, test, and wire small engineering equipment.
• Use of power tools and equipment within the production plant.
• Communicate with the team to produce tidy, detailed products.
• Assisting with the setup and operation of machinery.
• Building and modifying specialised equipment.
• Following a formal, structured training program.
• General workshop and production support.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Manual handling and hands-on tasks as required.
• Working to safety procedures and quality standards.

Hours & Conditions

• Early start: 6:30 am / 7 am.
• 8-hour days plus available overtime.
• $32 to $37 per hour, depending on experience.
• Long-term opportunity for the right people.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing protocols.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
