About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating activities across engineering, workshop, and client stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, costing, execution, and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scopes of work, bills of materials (BOM), and pricing for client enquiries
- Coordinate and deliver projects including resource planning, cost control, scheduling, and quality management
- Plan upcoming work to ensure operational efficiency
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Procure project materials and services
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor project scope and manage cost variations
- Support invoicing processes and monthly reporting
- Ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and safety standards
- Provide leadership and support to team members
About You
You are a proactive and organised professional with strong communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in project coordination, engineering, or project delivery roles
- Strong commercial acumen including scoping and pricing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning abilities
- Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems (desirable)
Qualifications - Current valid driver’s licence
- Engineering or project-related qualification (desirable)
