About the Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects across civil, remediation, infrastructure, and mining-related works throughout the Pilbara.
You will lead project teams, manage commercial and operational performance, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The role currently involves managing:
- Civil infrastructure projects valued up to $10M
- Local government civil works packages
- Mining remediation projects
- Upcoming piping and mechanical scopes
You will also lead a team of Engineers and work closely with Supervisors, site teams, subcontractors, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across civil and infrastructure scopes
- Lead, mentor, and support Engineers, Supervisors, and project teams
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee project forecasting, budgets, reporting, and cost control
- Drive project execution and programme performance across all active works
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
- Support business growth and future project opportunities
About You - Trade qualification or Engineering background
- Diploma or higher qualification in Project Management (preferred)
- Minimum 8 years' experience in senior project delivery roles within civil construction, mining infrastructure, or related sectors
- Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong leadership and people management capability
- Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading teams within remote or regional project environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative leadership style with a hands-on approach to delivery
