Glen Fisk Recruitment is partnering with a large Queensland organisation undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation initiative focused on modernising collaboration, information management, and digital workplace capabilities.
This high-profile program is already in delivery and requires an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of multiple workstreams, manage key stakeholders and delivery partners, and ensure successful outcomes across a complex organisational environment.

The Opportunity
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, governance, and delivery of a large-scale transformation program involving data, technology, process improvement, and business change.
You will work closely with senior business leaders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure delivery remains on track while managing competing priorities, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance activities
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
• Manage external vendors and delivery partners to ensure contractual and delivery outcomes are achieved
• Oversee risk, issue, dependency, and change management activities
• Deliver executive-level reporting and governance updates
• Coordinate business readiness, adoption, and transition activities
• Support operational handover and benefits realisation activities

About You
You are an experienced Project Manager who thrives in complex enterprise environments and has a proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs.
You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide technology or business transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience managing vendors, third-party partners, and outsourced delivery teams
• Excellent governance, reporting, financial management, and risk management capability
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders

Highly Desirable
Experience delivering projects involving:

• Microsoft 365
• SharePoint Online
• Enterprise data migration
• Information governance
• Cloud transformation
• Digital workplace programs
• Organisational change and adoption
• Complex multi-stakeholder environments
