With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, the business continues to grow and is now seeking a capable and driven Project Manager to join the team in Wynnum West, Brisbane.

The Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for the successful and profitable delivery of multi-faceted refurbishment projects valued between $100K and $3M. You will take ownership of projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, timeframes, and budgets are met while maintaining strong relationships with clients, trades, and internal stakeholders. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact across meaningful projects in the community.

The Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will:

• Develop and manage project programs using Smartsheet
• Oversee material take-offs and procurement processes, working alongside Contract Administrators
• Lead pre-start meetings with trades and develop trade-specific scopes of work where required
• Actively manage and coordinate trades on a daily basis
• Conduct regular site visits and quality control inspections
• Take charge of site management during critical project stages, including site establishment and demolition
• Manage the full certification and engineering process from start to finish
• Maintain high-level oversight of project safety and compliance
• Complete detailed weekly progress reports in Procore, including photo updates and accurate cost tracking

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Commercial Fit out who brings:

• Strong programming and scheduling skills (Smartsheet and Procore)
• Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, trades, and suppliers
• A solid understanding of construction processes, certification, and compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Experience working in Aged Care, Education, or similar regulated environments (highly regarded)
