Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets with business and technical stakeholders.

• Develop business cases outlining benefits, solution options, and process improvements.

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, managing resources, dependencies, risks, and issues.

• Communicate progress, risks, and changes to senior leaders and project teams.

• Ensure deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and industry standards.

• Identify business needs and translate them into actionable ICT recommendations.

• Foster strong relationships across business units, technology teams, operations, and vendors.
