Project Manager – Commercial & Multi-Residential

Location: Redcliffe / Brisbane

Salary: $180K - $220K

ABOUT THE ROLE

A privately owned, multi-sector commercial construction company with a strong forward pipeline is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of an upcoming flagship residential project and contribute to a growing portfolio of work across diverse sectors.

You'll work directly alongside a hands-on leadership team and a capable site management crew — no layers of bureaucracy, just the support and autonomy you need to deliver great projects.

Immediate project pipeline includes:

• Redcliffe Apartments (~$10M) — High-end, single-level apartment development with commercial structure and residential fit-out. Currently in early works with an experienced Site Manager in place.

• Commercial Office Building (~$22.5M) — Single-level tilt-panel commercial office with steel roof and on-grade car park. Currently progressing through design phase.

Additional projects across supermarkets, childcare, and commercial sectors will provide ongoing variety.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-end project delivery from pre-construction through to handover and defects

• Day-to-day management of programme, budget, quality, safety, and contract administration

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and relevant authorities

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout delivery

• Forecast and report on project financials, variations, and risk directly to the directors

• Contribute to estimating, tendering, and pre-construction processes as required

• Mentor and develop junior site and project staff

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with a reputable Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder

• Track record delivering commercial and/or multi-residential projects up to approximately $25M

• Apartment or multi-residential experience highly regarded

• Comfortable working across diverse sectors — not single-sector focused

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Collaborative team player with the ability to work autonomously and contribute positively to culture

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
