The Role: Project Manager / Supervisor (Class 2 Builds & Civil works) As a Project Manager / Supervisor at the company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing our Class 2 builds in the region along with civil works.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager / Supervisor, your role will be multifaceted and pivotal in realizing our vision of eco-friendly, sustainable, and carbon-negative homes. You will:

Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with clients, local councils and building trades to ensure seamless project coordination. Effective communication and relationship management are key.

Budget & Schedule Management: Oversee project costs and schedules meticulously, ensuring that all projects are delivered within defined budgets and timelines.

Leadership Excellence: Provide clear and focused leadership to trade teams, motivating and guiding them towards the achievement of deliverables.

Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans and execute them along with procurement and construction activities through regular progress and cost assessments.
