We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and reliable person to join the team at True Blue Plumbing Australia as a Projects & Scheduling Coordinator.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll coordinate plumbing jobs, inspections, and field staff across multiple states while acting as a key link between our clients and plumbing teams.

A great attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic are essential. While direct industry experience is an advantage, the technical side of the role can be trained for the right person.

We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate reliability, enjoys structured planning, communicates well with a wide range of people, and thrives in a busy team environment.

• Scheduling and coordinating plumbing inspections and jobs

• Managing bookings and workflow for field staff

• Handling inbound phone and email enquiries

• Liaising with clients, plumbers, and internal teams

• Supporting operations with administration and data entry

• Assisting with project coordination and job progression

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable, hardworking, and proactive

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Able to communicate confidently with different people
