About the Company

KinKera Community is a national Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider delivering purpose-built housing aligned to NDIS demand.

We are expanding our property development pipeline and are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager (Property / Land) to source and secure SDA opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure development sites, land subdivisions, and SDA housing opportunities

• Identify on-market and off-market property acquisitions

• Build relationships with real estate agents, developers, builders, and landowners

• Monitor rezoning, DA approvals, and growth corridors

• Assess sites for SDA development suitability

• Lead property negotiations and acquisitions through to settlement, with leadership support as required.

• Maintain /a strong acquisition pipeline aligned to growth targets

Skills & Experience

• Experience in property acquisitions, land acquisition, or property development

• Background in real estate, buyer’s agency, residential development, or project development

• Strong network across agents, developers, or land channels

• Proven ability to source deals and close transactions

• Understanding of feasibility, site selection, and development fundamentals

• SDA or NDIS experience highly regarded
