THE CLIENT.
Our client is a respected big brand agency servicing the Sutherland Shire & St George region. They are looking for a Residential Property Manager wanting to transition into commercial property management, or someone who enjoys managing a mixed portfolio across both residential & commercial properties. FULL Training will be provided.

The Director comes from a strong Property Management background before moving into sales, so he truly understands the role. He runs a structured, hands-on team focused on quality over quantity, with strong systems, support & leadership in place.
A long-term local to the Sutherland Shire, this team is known for their integrity, accountability & passion for property, with a supportive culture where people genuinely enjoy what they do.

THE ROLE.
You will be managing a portfolio of approximately 200 properties across residential, office, retail shops & commercial assets.
No commercial experience is required, as full training will be provided on the commercial side by a strong leader with extensive asset management experience.
The current Property Manager has been with the business for 14 years, so the landlords are extremely loyal and well-conditioned to the agency.

THE PERSON.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential or commercial property management
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a professional environment
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Passion for real estate, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
