We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team.

About the RoleThis is a hands-on Property Management role suited to someone who is organised, detail-driven and confident managing both the operational and client-facing aspects of property management.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage a residential property portfolio end-to-end
Review and approve tenancy applications
Prepare and execute tenancy agreements and associated documentation
Advertise available properties and manage leasing enquiries
Conduct open inspections and coordinate leasing activity
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trades and contractors
Conduct routine, ingoing and final inspections
Manage rent arrears and complete rent reviews
Handle bond lodgements, transfers and claims
Prepare and attend tribunal matters where required
Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures
Work closely with the BDM team throughout onboarding and leasing processes
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in residential property management
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
A solution-focused mindset with accountability for outcomes
Sound knowledge of property management systems and processes
A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
A structured environment with established systems and support
