Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 140–160 properties.

The Role:

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio and delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a residential portfolio of 140–160 properties

• Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals

• Handling maintenance requests and repairs

• Managing arrears and tenancy matters

• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships

• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous Property Management experience (essential)

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (essential)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

• A proactive and solutions-focused approach

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
