As the first point of contact for new residents and prospective tenants, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality experience from the moment the building reaches completion through to full occupancy. Initially part-time, this role is expected to transition into a full-time position as the portfolio grows.

The Position
In the role of Property Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Act as the on-site contact for tenant queries, maintenance issues, and general assistance
- Respond to all leasing enquiries promptly and professionally and manage application follow-ups
- Conduct private inspections and open homes
- Process applications, perform reference checks, and present recommendations to owners for approval
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Monitor rental arrears and act in accordance with tenancy legislation
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with trades and contractors
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare reports for landlords
- Manage and conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
- Complete and manage outgoing inspections
- Handle bond lodgements, claims, and disputes
- Attend NCAT hearings as required
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have:
- Minimum 2 years proven working experience as a Property Manager
- Always maintain a high standard of personal appearance
- Excellence in Residential Property Management
- Ability to work and interact in both a team environment and autonomously with a customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with proven experience in a sales environment
- Must have a natural aptitude for real estate markets, trends, and tenant habits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive solution focused mindset
- Excellent presentation, report, literacy and business writing skills
- Experience in developing and maintaining business relationships is desirable
- Highly competent in computer literacy including MS Office Suite, Outlook, CRM systems
- Currently holds Class 1 or 2 Licence with CPD compliance
- Valid driver's licence with reliable transportation
