Qualified Gas & Sanitary Plumber – 2–3 Days per Week

BCMC Safety Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced Qualified Gas & Sanitary Plumber to carry out residential rental property compliance work, including gas safety inspections and smoke alarm testing.

This role is ideal for someone local looking for steady, ongoing work 2–3 days per week with organised scheduling and support.

Work includes:

• Gas safety inspections in residential rental properties

• Smoke alarm testing and compliance checks

• Identifying and reporting defects or non-compliance

• Completing digital compliance reports accurately

• Liaising professionally with tenants, owners and property managers

Service areas include:
Ivanhoe, Heidelberg, Rosanna, Greensborough, Macleod, Bundoora, Watsonia, Reservoir, Preston, Epping, Thomastown and surrounding suburbs.

You will need:

• Licensed Victorian Gas Plumber

• Must hold Type A Victorian gas plumber licence classification

• Minimum 5+ years gas plumbing experience

• Strong understanding of gas safety regulations

• Current police check

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently and keep to a daily schedule

• Live locally to the service area

• Australian citizenship required

• BPA registration number must be supplied with your application
