Our portfolio includes well-known names like Priceline, as well as our MediAesthetics brands - Clear Skincare Clinics and SILK Laser Clinics. In the digital space, we're proud to have SiSU Health and InstantScripts—and most recently, we've launched our newest retail beauty stores, atomica.
About us:
What began in 1910 as a small co-operative of just three pharmacies has grown into Wesfarmers Health—a leading Australian organisation in health, beauty, and wellness.
Today, Wesfarmers Health proudly employs over 3,600 team members, all committed to delivering accessible, innovative, and trusted health and beauty services to Australians nationwide, across retail, medi-aesthetics, digital health, and wholesale and supply chain operations.
What you'll do:
We're looking for a detail-driven and collaborative Quality Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering a parental leave. In this key role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality and compliance standards across our private label portfolio.
Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Manager, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams across Product Development, Brand, Sustainability and Supply Chain to ensure product quality is upheld at every stage—from concept through to launch. You'll be instrumental in supporting quality processes, managing investigations and complaints, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.
From reviewing product samples and benchmarking quality standards, to working closely with suppliers and ensuring regulatory alignment, you'll help deliver safe, high-quality products that our customers can trust.
If you're passionate about quality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy collaborating to drive continuous improvement—we'd love to hear from you.
