The role - your duties will include:
Supporting the sales team with administration and campaign coordination
Managing buyer and vendor communication
Database management and CRM administration
Preparing marketing materials and property campaigns
Reception and phone administration
Assisting with social media and digital marketing content
Supporting compliance and documentation processes
Preparing reports, proposals and presentation material
Assisting with open homes, appointments and general sales support
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
Providing exceptional customer service at every interaction
The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have:
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and solutions focused mindset
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
High level customer service skills
Confidence using technology, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
A professional presentation and phone manner

Previous administration or customer service experience preferred
A Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain one
