At Komatsu, we don’t just rebuild machines — we rebuild value, performance, and long-term partnerships.
We’re looking for a Rebuild Specialist to join our Mining Products team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering major rebuild projects across Australia.
From $50K component rebuilds to $15M multi-machine scopes, you’ll work at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy and customer engagement.

Project Managers lead scope development and customer engagement
Engineering actively shapes technical solutions
You bring it all together into a high-quality commercial submission
You’ll influence outcomes early, owning the full quotation lifecycle — from scope development through to SAP build and final submission.
Own end-to-end rebuild quotes and tender submissions
Partner with Project Managers, Engineers & Account Managers
Develop accurate scope of work aligned to customer expectations
Lead customer discussions to shape technical and commercial outcomes
Build and manage SAP structures, variations and pricing
Identify opportunities to improve margin, efficiency and delivery
Background in engineering, manufacturing or customer-facing technical roles
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
Ability to manage complexity, detail and competing priorities
Exposure to heavy industry, mining or OEM environments advantageous
