Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage end to end recruitment processes for permanent and temporary roles
• Prepare and arrange advertising of job vaccines and run a complete and autonomous recruitment process
• Attract, qualify and manage candidates who are market ready 
• Conduct interviews, screening and determining candidates' suitability for various roles, including reference checks
• Arranging the induction of staff and providing information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities
• Maintain personnel records and compliance with processes, including updating data within human resource information systems 
• Maintain a high standard of candidate care to build lasting relationships and conduct client and candidate follow ups 
• Build knowledge of the recruitment market current and future trends through conference, workshops and professional networks 
• Provide information on current job vaccines in the organisation to employers and job seekers and analyse and define specific needs of clients 
• Provide specialist service delivery of recruitment solutions to clients and provide appropriate employment opportunities to suitable candidates 
• Interpreting legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts
• Undertaking negotiations on terms and conditions of employment, and examining and resolving disputes and grievances 
• Providing advice and information to management on workplace relations, policies and procedure

Qualifications and skills: 

• A bachelor's degree or higher education 
• Experience in recruitment within contact centre, volume, temp or perm recruitment is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with both clients and candidates 
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail 
• Self-driven, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
