Your new role
This is a true 360 recruitment role where you'll build your own desk, your own client base, and your own success story within the Trades & Labour market.

You will be responsible for:

• Winning new business across construction, civil, and industrial sectors
• Building strong relationships with contractors and project stakeholders
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing quality trades and labour candidates
• Managing the full recruitment life cycle from job brief through to placement
• Developing strong market knowledge across the Newcastle trades market
• Building your personal brand in a fast-paced, competitive environment

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous sales or recruitment experience is beneficial, but attitude and drive matter most.
