Valentis Energy is seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to support our growing operations within the energy, mining, construction and offshore sectors.
This role is responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, onboarding and general administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both clients and contractors.
The position would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and is confident communicating with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates for various blue and white collar roles
Conduct phone screenings and initial candidate assessments
Advertise roles across recruitment platforms and job boards
Maintain candidate records and databases within the recruitment system
Coordinate interviews, client submissions and mobilisation requirements
Follow up candidate availability, compliance and onboarding documentation
Assist with reference checking and candidate communications
Prepare employment and onboarding documentation
Monitor and track compliance requirements including licences, tickets, medicals and inductions
Upload and maintain accurate records within internal systems
Assist with contractor onboarding and mobilisation coordination
Support timesheet and payroll administration processes where required
Maintain document control and filing systems
Provide general administrative support to the operations and recruitment team
Liaise with candidates regarding onboarding progress and site requirements
Communicate with clients regarding staffing updates and mobilisation status
Provide professional and timely customer service to contractors and stakeholders
Previous experience within recruitment, labour hire, administration or coordination roles preferred
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment systems/CRMs
Experience within mining, construction, shutdown or labour hire industries highly regarded
