The Opportunity: Regional Support Manager

As a Regional Support Manager at Opal, you'll step into a dynamic role supporting our care communities on the Central Coast of NSW. We're seeking experienced aged care leaders who thrive on variety and aspires to advance their regional leadership career.

This role will report directly to the Senior Area Manager of the region.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your operational leadership skills while expanding strategic thinking
• Play a pivotal role in influencing peers and operational leaders at various levels
• Adapt your leadership style to meet diverse situational demands
• Be fully flexible to travel and support organizational requirements

Key Qualities:

• You will have the ability to balance your natural operational leadership abilities while expanding your strategic thinking and approach.
• You will have a key role in influencing peers and operational leaders at various levels.
• You will be able to adapt your style as different situations require.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:

• An exceptional Aged Care leader with AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is preferred. 
• Fully flexible to travel to meet organizational demands
• A self-motivated leader, proficient in handling a wide and varied role
• A supportive mentor with well-developed coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills
• A visible leader who enjoys interacting with peers, teams, residents, and their families
• An innovative thinker, focused on driving continuous improvement for excellent clinical outcomes
• A motivated operator capable of balancing clinical leadership with financial results, team management, and overall operational excellence
