About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to contribute to our newly launched Recovery Support Program. In this role, you will support patients in achieving their recovery goals, enhancing independence, and participating fully in education, employment, and community life.

You will utilise advanced clinical expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialist clinical support and evidence-based interventions for complex mental health presentations through Telehealth and face to face sessions. This can include home and community visits
• Facilitate safe, coordinated transitions across acute, community, and primary care services.
• Assist patients to achieve recovery goals, build independence, and engage in education, employment, and community life.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including brief interventions, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed and family-inclusive care.
• Educate and support families and carers and coordinate with local services to connect clients with health, housing, education, employment, and social supports.
