We are looking for an experienced and motivated Renderer / Solid Plasterer to join our growing team in

Adelaide. In this role, you will work across a variety of residential and commercial projects, delivering

high-quality rendering and plastering finishes that meet our premium standards. You will work closely

with our founder and lead applicator, contributing to projects that genuinely make a difference to how

people experience their spaces.

Annual Salary: AU$75,000 – AU$85,000 + Superannuation

Task & responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for rendering, including cleaning, patching and applying bonding agents as required

• Mix and apply coats of plaster, render and cement using recognised techniques for uniform coverage

• Cut, shape and position plasterboard sheets, securing them to walls, ceilings and supporting frames

• Install beads, trims and mouldings to strengthen corners and add decorative detail

• Prepare joints, gaps and fixings with plaster compounds, smoothing surfaces to a professional finish

• Apply decorative finishes including texture coats and solid plaster to the highest standard

• Calculate and order material quantities accurately to minimise waste and maximise efficiency

• Maintain a safe work environment at all times, adhering to WHS policies and site requirements

• Operate and maintain trade tools and equipment in accordance with safety standards

• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in rendering and/or solid plastering

• Certificate III in a relevant trade qualification

• Solid understanding of surface preparation, material mixing and application techniques

• Experience with smoothing, sanding, texturing and decorative finishing

• Accurate measuring, cutting and installation of mouldings and trims to specification

• Ability to calculate material quantities and set out work efficiently

• White Card 

• Current driver's licence 

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a quality finish
