About Atmos
Atmos brings the energy and flavours of the Greek islands to the NSW coast. Fast-paced, vibrant and built around long lunches, sunset dinners and busy services, it has become a destination venue within Shoal Bay Country Club.

You will be leading a restaurant people travel to, not just walk past.

The role
You will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Atmos, leading a large team and driving service, culture and performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be on the floor during peak service, supporting your team and setting the tone.

What you’ll be doing
Lead and develop a team of up to 40 staff
Run high-volume service with confidence and control
Manage rosters, labour and daily operations
Maintain strong food, beverage and service standards
Work closely with senior leadership across the venue

Skills & experience
Experience leading a high-volume full-service restaurant
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Hands-on leadership and team development capability
Calm and adaptable approach in fast-paced environments
Current NSW RSA required

SevenRooms experience highly regarded.
