About the Group An established hospitality operator with multiple successful venues across Sydney is preparing to launch an exciting new premium-casual dining concept in the inner-city fringe. Known for creating energetic, community-focused venues with strong food identity and polished yet approachable service, the group continues to expand with several additional projects already in development over the next 12–24 months.
With a leadership team that values personality, autonomy, and genuine hospitality over corporate hierarchy, this is a business where great operators are recognised, trusted, and given room to grow.
About the Venue
This new opening will blend elevated Asian-inspired dining with a lively neighbourhood bar atmosphere, designed to become a local favourite for relaxed dinners, social occasions, cocktails, and repeat trade.
The venue will feature a refined but approachable menu focused on modern share-style dining, premium produce, cocktails, wine, and high-energy service. Expect a strong evening trade, vibrant happy hour offering, and a service style that feels warm, engaging, and genuinely guest-first.
Designed for approximately 70+ guests with a stylish fit-out, curated beverage program, and artistic interior touches, the venue aims to capture the energy of Sydney’s most in-demand dining precincts while building a loyal local following.
