About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of ourservice station and retail store. The successful candidate will manage staff, ensuresmooth operational efficiency, maintain stock control, and deliver outstandingcustomer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage staff rosters, training, and performance to maintain operational excellence.
• Monitor inventory, order stock, and ensure proper merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and companypolicies.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
• Prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and report to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 1 years of experiencein a retail management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve business targets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Relevant qualification in Retail Management or Business (desirable).
