Task & responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive customer experience.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.

Qualification & experience
- Minimum AQF level diploma or higher in a relevant or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in managing inventory, implementing sales strategies, and driving store performance.
