Task & responsibilities

-Managing the overall daily operations of the retail store 

-Supervising, training and rostering staff to ensure efficient store performance 

-Monitoring stock levels, ordering inventory and managing supplier relationships 

-Ensuring high standards of customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints. 

-Implementing sales and purchasing strategies to increase revenue and meet business targets 

-Develop marketing and in-store promotional activities

-Engage with customers to understand their requirements and meet sales target

-Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards 

-Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and workplace health and safety requirements 

-Monitoring financial performance including sales, budgets and cost control

Qualification & experience

Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills

Exceptional Communication Skills

Experience as Retail Manager and deep understanding of retail operations

Diploma or relevant qualifications

Lead, coach and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service

Strong organisational skills and time-management skills
