About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and dynamic leader to join our team as a Retail Manager at Pearl Energy No.3’s Pearl Energy Greta location. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, effective team leadership, and full compliance with company standards and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will play a key role in driving business performance, managing staff efficiently, and maintaining high operational standards while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations of the fuel station and convenience store to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.
· Lead, train, and motivate team members to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
· Manage inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and maintain accurate records.
· Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Drive sales performance by implementing effective promotional and operational strategies.
· Address customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
· Maintain accurate financial records, including conducting regular bank reconciliations.
· Prepare and review financial reports to support informed business decision-making.
Requirements
· Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
· Qualifications: Diploma or higher in business, management, or a related field.
· Experience: At least 1-year full-time experience in a similar store leadership role.
· Demonstrated success in driving sales.
· Strong leadership with ability to motivate and build a high performing team, with a positive culture.
· High degree of interpersonal & communication skills with Excellent customer service.
· Proficiency in inventory and financial management.
· Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
· High degree of resilience & ability to priorities and manage conflicting priorities.
· You are smart yet humble and ultimately you have no ego!
· Ability to create a positive culture of safety.
· Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems and MS Office.
The employer will offer:
