Task & responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve business objectives
• Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management
• Control inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier relationships
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability
• Manage budgets, purchasing and marketing strategies and pricing
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records relating to sales, stock control, and staff performance
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional activities
• Ensure the restaurant is presented to a high standard at all times.

Qualification & experience

• At least two years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Sound understanding of stock control, budgeting, and business operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
