About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacy in St Kilda. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock and financial records, and driving the overall performance of the retail section.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy.

Determine product mix, monitor stock levels, and maintain service standards.

Develop and implement purchasing, marketing, and pricing strategies.

Promote and advertise pharmacy products and services.

Sell products and provide advice to customers on their use.

Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.

Prepare and manage the pharmacy’s budget.

Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff.

Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and pharmacy regulations.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet business targets.

Working Hours:

Full-time position (standard retail hours).

Flexibility may be required to cover peak times and weekends.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager (pharmacy experience highly desirable).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary & Hours:

Full-time, 38 hours per week

AUD $78,000 to 80,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)
