Task & Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
As a Site Manager, you will:

Ideal candidates should possess:
- Leadership experience in a retail capacity, within a fuel station environment a distinct advantage (at least 12 months);
- Relevant Formal qualifications – Diploma level or higher;
- Knowledge of retail industry trends;
- Proven financial management skills with the ability to understand and effectively control costs and maximize sales targets and KPI’s;
- Familiarity with POS systems;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written; and
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts, especially during weekends and public holidays.
