Task & responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate team members.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Conduct staff performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and support.
• Ensure the store meets Subway operational standards and brand requirements.
• Handle cash management, banking, and end-of-day reporting.

Qualification & experience

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a retail, hospitality, or fast-food management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Sound understanding of stock control, budgeting, and cost management.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
