Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay: Performance bonus 

Task & responsibilities

The successful applicant must be able to:

• Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
• Measure, order and select roofing materials and supplies
• Carry out re-roofing works to Australian standards and VBA regulations
• Install roof sheets, flashings, gutters, box gutters and downpipes
• Cut, assemble and install roofing and timber components
• Identify and rectify defective or non-compliant work
• Repair and maintain existing roofing structures and fittings
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Lead and supervise a team to complete projects on time
• Ensure safe work practices, including working at heights
• Maintain quality workmanship and site safety standards
• Work with timber, metal roofing products and other building materials

Qualification & experience

• Qualification: Certificate III or above Preferred
• Licence/Certification: White Card (Mandatory)
• Driver Licence (Preferred, will be prioritised)
• Work Authorisation: Australia (Mandatory)
• Work Location: In person 
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
