TRILITY is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Manager to lead our Registered Training Organisation business unit.
TRILITY has many locations around Australia and this role can be based in any of these.
The role
Reporting to the Manager of Technical Operations, this role is responsible for the leadership, compliance, commercial performance, and continuous improvement of TTS.
You will play a key role in developing workforce capability across the water industry while driving operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
Key responsibilities
As the accountable leader for TRILITY Training Services, you will oversee all aspects of the RTO including compliance, training delivery, financial performance, client engagement, and team leadership.
Leading the performance, governance, and continuous improvement of TTS operations
Maintaining RTO compliance, registration, and successful audit outcomes
Developing and implementing business growth and revenue strategies
Managing training delivery, assessment, validation, and quality assurance processes
Building strong client and industry relationships to support market growth
Identifying new training opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings
Leading and developing trainers, assessors, and administration staff
Managing budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and financial performance
Supporting broader TRILITY tenders and operational initiatives
Promoting a strong safety culture across all training activities
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience managing an RTO or vocational training function
Strong knowledge of RTO standards, compliance, and audit requirements
Experience in training systems, validation, and assessment processes
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement capability
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Qualifications in Training, Education, Business, Leadership, or related disciplines (highly regarded)
