What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting our sales agents with day-to-day administration across listings and sales.
Managing and maintaining our CRM (Agentbox) and client database.
Preparing high-quality marketing materials for new listings.
Coordinating advertising campaigns and reconciling costs.
Guiding the process from exchange to settlement, including trust account transactions.
Preparing commission statements for sales agents.
Being the go-to support person who helps keep the sales team moving forward.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in real estate or a sales-support role.
Confident using Agentbox (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, proactive attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced team.
A genuine interest in property and ambition to grow your career.
