About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Masterton Homes Thornton Display Centre. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality homes and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. What you'll be doing

• Generating and following up on sales leads to convert them into new home contracts

• Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting our home designs and options

• Providing expert advice and guidance to customers throughout the sales process

• Collaborating with our construction and design teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

• Contributing to the overall sales targets and growth objectives of the company

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the residential construction or property industry

• Minimum of 3+ years residential sales experience required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to close sales and handle customer queries effectively

• Thorough understanding of the local property market and construction industry trends

• Good working knowledge of local property market conditions and residential construction industry developments required

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering a positive customer experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
