About the role:

Our clinicians develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient. Your role is to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident in moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with patients to clearly explain recommended treatments
• Help patients understand the importance and timing of their care
• Guide patients through financial options and payment structures
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical teams
• Proactively follow up on pending treatment plans
• Manage your own pipeline of active cases
• Contribute to overall case acceptance and revenue performance

This is a structured role with defined KPIs and performance expectations.

About you:

We are seeking a professional who:

• 5+ years’ experience in consultative sales, advisory, finance, real estate, healthcare, or similar environments
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
• Is confident discussing fees and financial arrangements
• Knows how to guide clients toward confident, timely decisions
• Is motivated by performance targets and measurable outcomes
• Takes ownership of their results

Dental experience is advantageous, but not essential. Strong commercial acumen and communication skills are critical.
